Welcome to Rooted Wellness Counseling
Rooted Wellness Counseling was created with one purpose: to help you feel more at home within yourself — in your mind, your body, and your nervous system.
Knowing that every person’s path is uniquely their own, therapy with RWC is designed to meet you exactly where you are and gently evolve with each stage of your healing process. Offering online therapy throughout Colorado, I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-worth challenges, and trauma, especially when these experiences contribute to overwhelm, dysregulation, or disconnection from one’s inner cues.

Whether you're wanting to gain new coping tools, better understand your thinking patterns, get clear about what is and isn’t serving you, or heal your relationship with yourself and others, there is a grounding, non-judgmental, and empowering space here for you. Our work will naturally shift with what you’re moving through. Sessions blend cognitive approaches (to help you understand your thoughts), somatic and nervous system–informed approaches (to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and internal signals), and mental health nutrition (to support your gut–brain connection and overall well-being).

Through this process, my intention is not that you come to rely on me — but that you learn how to steadily rely on yourself. My hope is that you leave therapy with a deeper sense of clarity, trust in your inner wisdom, and confidence in your ability to navigate your life with steadiness and self-compassion. Offering Anxiety Counseling, ADHD Therapy, and Self-Worth Support throughout the state of Colorado.

Specialties
If anxiety has made life feel overwhelming or hard to slow down, you’re in the right place — I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and I’m here to help. Whether you're navigating daily anxious thoughts, specific phobias, panic attacks, health anxiety, or social discomfort, our work will help you understand what’s happening in both your mind and nervous system when anxiety takes hold. Anxiety counseling in my Colorado practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and polyvagal-informed techniques, and insights into how the gut–brain connection may be influencing your symptoms. Together, we’ll build awareness of your patterns, get to the root of your anxious thoughts, and practice tools that support regulation and grounding. With personalized anxiety treatment, we’ll explore strategies to calm your system, interrupt fear-based cycles, and help you move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and ease.
Rooted Wellness Counseling offers ADHD treatment in Colorado for adults who want to better understand their unique brain–body wiring and develop tools that support daily life. Many of the people I work with feel like they’ve “tried everything” without relief — and I love helping them finally see what’s really going on beneath the overwhelm. As an ADHD specialist, I start by exploring your executive function strengths, challenges, and nervous system patterns, which helps us create personalized support for focus, organization, prioritization, and time management. ADHD therapy may include CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and somatic strategies to help you work with — not against — your system. My approach is grounded in self-compassion and body-awareness, helping you reduce shame, understand your internal rhythms, and build sustainable structures that honor your creativity, sensitivity, and strengths. If you're seeking ADHD help in Colorado, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and manageable.
If low self-worth or chronic self-doubt has made it difficult to trust yourself or show up fully in your life, it’s time to create space for healing. I offer self-worth therapy throughout Colorado for individuals wanting to strengthen their self-esteem, deepen their inner trust, and shift old patterns that keep them small. In our work together, we’ll explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped your relationship with yourself, learn to quiet the inner critic, and rebuild connection with your body’s cues and inner wisdom. Through somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, cognitive tools, and a warm, collaborative space, self-worth therapy helps you reconnect with your authenticity, set healthier boundaries, and cultivate a more compassionate inner world. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in who you are — and to move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected from your body, on edge, overwhelmed, or unsure how to trust yourself long after the event has passed. In trauma therapy, I support adults throughout Colorado in gently reconnecting with their nervous system, rebuilding internal safety, and understanding the protective patterns shaped by past experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, polyvagal-rooted, and grounded in somatic parts work, moving at a pace that feels safe as we explore how trauma shows up in your thoughts, body, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll honor your protective parts, regulate your nervous system, and expand your capacity to feel grounded and connected again. Through somatic awareness, cognitive tools, and self-compassion, we’ll work toward healing that feels empowering, sustainable, and aligned with who you truly are.
If you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, chronic stress, fatigue, or emotional dysregulation, understanding the gut–brain connection can be a powerful part of your healing. As a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) in Colorado, I take a holistic, nervous system–sensitive approach that honors the complex relationship between your mind, body, and physiology. In our work, we’ll explore practical lifestyle shifts — including nutrition, movement, sleep, blood sugar support, and daily habits — that can regulate your system, reduce inflammation, and support emotional balance. When helpful, I collaborate with functional medicine providers, Denver and Boulder gastroenterologists, nutritionists, and dietitians to ensure you receive comprehensive, well-rounded care. My goal is to offer a supportive space where therapy and nutrition come together, helping you feel more resourced, grounded, and in control of your emotional and physical health.
