Meet the Therapist

I'm Meredith.

I'm a licensed therapist in Colorado,
a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS).

It is my passion to help people increase awareness of their thoughts, understand how to manage anxiety, acknowledge their needs, and gain more control in their lives. 

Throughout my work as a therapist, I've found boundary setting to be one of the most difficult aspects of growth + healing for my clients. By creating this series, I sought to break down barriers, and give people a path forward in starting the tricky process of setting boundaries.
