I'm Meredith.

I'm a licensed therapist in Colorado,
a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS).

It is my passion to help people increase awareness of their thoughts, acknowledge their needs, and gain more control in their lives. 

Throughout my work as a therapist, I've found boundary setting to be one of the most difficult aspects of growth + healing for my clients. By creating this series, I sought to break down barriers, and give people a path forward in starting the tricky process of setting boundaries.
