I'm Meredith.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado and I specialize in counseling and empowering adults (18+) who are ready for things to improve. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process that leads to positive change, and my gift is creating a safe, accepting and insightful space for others to heal and grow.

My approach is centered around self-compassion.

I love to help people tune into their personal strengths, develop skills, and create a plan to overcome and address what brought them to counseling. With degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Social Work, I take a holistic view, considering your mind/body connection and the impact of external factors on your wellness. I have also pursued additional training to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS), and to provide gender-affirming care.

I have extensive experience in medical, community and clinical settings, helping adults of all ages overcome a variety of challenges and concerns. You can read more about my expertise here. Outside of work, I am an avid hiker who loves exploring and being outside in any capacity. I am a fighter against mental health stigma, advocate for access to mental health care, and believer that kindness is free and should be shared.
